Pink and black are the two symbolic colors of the city of Palermo. The shadows are clear, the landscape is disjointed, fragmented, full of meticulous surprises, full of that pink and shades. The wandering protagonists of this journey underlie the idea of a welcoming place, places in which to find contrasts, the human diversity, but also the attachment to a land like Sicily, capable of restoring history with all its sedimentation: pains, good and evil, denied light but also a lot of harmony with the free living. Tourists, locals, artists and real lives are pictured to enhance the warmth of fluid forms, shapes imbued with meaning. Masks that mark all the truths of a South that lives beyond fashion, with style without style, with beauty in our hands.
