The PUSS PUSS team enjoyed the Tuna tartare with smoked aubergine cream, lime, coriander and raspberry dust which was deliciously refreshing. The fried squid with julienned zucchini and chilly spicy mayonnaise was crispy and light while the main – the Angus Ribeye steak with wild mushroom and truffle beef jus was perfectly cooked and not too heavy. The classic Tiramisu from the desert menu was just the thing to round off this perfect meal.
Another highlight at Ritorno are the cocktails – we were recommended and tried ‘Beehive Worker’ – a beautiful combination of honey, Botran 18, Tio Pepe, lime & propoli drops finished off with a spray of smoked powder.
